Buford Lipscomb

Liberty Church

Buford Lipscomb, originally from Cartersville, Georgia, graduated from Liberty Bible College in 1982. Buford served in various ministry roles, while carrying out a successful management career, prior to moving to Pensacola, Florida in 1979 to attend Liberty Bible College. Upon graduation from Liberty, Buford and Ann moved to Fairhope, Alabama to begin Liberty Church-Fairhope. Buford served in numerous leadership roles while in Fairhope, he continued to teach in the Bible College, served on the President's advisory board, was president of the area ministerial association, and served as Mobile-Pensacola District Pastor for Liberty Fellowship. After 10 years of service in Fairhope, Buford and Ann left behind a strong and growing church to follow God's call to return to Pensacola as Senior Pastor of Liberty Church. Buford and Ann are the parents of five children and have five grandchildren.
